What Is Hijama

Hijama, or cupping therapy, is an ancient practice that removes toxins, boosts blood circulation, and supports healing, providing relief from pain and inflammation.

Benefits of Hijama

Detoxification

Hijama helps remove harmful toxins from the blood, improving circulation and promoting the body’s natural detoxification processes.

Eases Pain & Inflammation

Hijama is highly effective in reducing muscle tension, joint pain, and inflammation. It provides relief from chronic conditions like arthritis, back pain, and migraines.

Boosts Immunity

By stimulating blood flow and improving circulation, Hijama strengthens the immune system, making the body more resilient against diseases and infections.

Improves Mental Clarity

Hijama not only benefits physical health but also enhances mental well-being. It can reduce stress, anxiety, and fatigue, promoting mental clarity and emotional balance.

The Sunnah of Hijama
Anas ibn Maalik (may Allāh be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger of Allāh (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "Indeed the best of remedies you have is cupping (Hijama)." [Saheeh al-Bukhari (5371)]
Hijama in the Words of the Prophet
Ibn Abbas (may Allāh be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allāh (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "Healing is in three things: A drink of honey, the knife of the cupper (Hijama), and cauterizing with fire, but I forbid my followers to use cauterization." [Saheeh al-Bukhari (5681)]
